Did you know there are over 300 species of native bees in Ontario? Where do these bees live and why are they so important to the ecosystem? Unfortunately much of their habitat is disappearing. This workshop explains which bees you can help and why. We have developed an easy to “put-together” bee nest kit for cavity nesting bees. At this workshop you can purchase a pre-assembled nest, the kit or plans to build one yourself.
