Starting September 10, 2011 we will be Open to the Public for four consecutive weekends. We welcome you between 10am and 5pm Saturdays and Sundays in September as well as the first weekend in October. Parts of the summer were hot and dry but fall is a great time to plant as the temperatures get cooler and the days get shorter. Look forward to seeing you.

We have been approved as a supplier by Maple Leaves Forever

John Cary from the charitable foundation Maple Leaves Forever was here today. Check out the organization at www.mapleleavesforever.com Mr. Cary has approved Not So Hollow Farm as a certified supplier of native Maple trees. For qualified buyers (fill out an application form on there website) Maple Leaves Forever will pay 50% of the cost of the trees not including taxes. It’s a win/win situation. We sell you trees, you get them for a substantially discounted cost and the world is a better place.

Open to the Public Weekends in May

Not So Hollow Farm is open to the Public during the weekends in May. We will be open from 11am to 5pm Saturdays and Sundays in May as well as the Victoria Day holiday Monday or call anytime to arrange an appointment. It’s a busy time of year but we will make time for you to come and look at our plants if the weekend or our hours don’t suit you. Happy planting!
